Return & Refund Policy
At Orijendesign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or processed.
If you cancel your order during this period, you will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our return policy.
Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons (for example: change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by our error (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Please check your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
Contact your bank, as refunds may take several business days to appear
